Logic puzzle games to try after Minesweeper
If you like that every Minesweeper board here is solvable by logic alone, no guessing, these three free browser games are worth a look next.
2048 — fast decisions, clear rules
2048 swaps mine-clue deduction for tile-merging: slide and combine numbered tiles on a 4x4 grid toward the 2048 tile and beyond. There's no hidden information to deduce, but the same instinct for reading a board and picking the move that doesn't box you in carries straight over.
Sokoban — every level has a real solution
Sokoban is a crate-pushing puzzle where a careless move can wedge a crate against a wall and force a restart. Like this site's guess-free boards, every Sokoban level ships with a verified solution — you're never stuck on something that was actually impossible.
Sudoku — the other classic logic grid
Sudoku is the other classic "deduce, don't guess" puzzle: fill every row, column and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9, each exactly once. If counting mine-adjacent numbers is your thing, tracking which digits are still missing from a row will feel very familiar.
All three are free, work on a phone or a desktop, and don't require an account to start playing.
